Since 1930 the coffee culture is present on our family life.

My grandparents immigrated from France and Portugal, looking for new and perfect lands for coffee plantations; since this moment they work in coffee plantations and gave us this bequest.

Is nothing less than 200 ha in high altitude coffee plantations, between 900 to 1500 mtrs.

The most cultivate species is Yellow Bourbon, Yellow Catuai,  Yellow Catucai, Mundo Novo, Topazio.....

Since 2015  my husband Fábio and I (Maira) started  this new project focused in meet international coffee buyers, and send direct to them this Royal Specialty Coffees fresh at any time of the year, eliminating all middlemen;  Concerned with valuing the producer and maintaining the high quality of coffees.

We  turned our sporting goods importer into a coffee exporter, so was born General Coffees Imp Exp Com  de cafés LTDA.

Nowadays our biggest commitment is promove high quality specialty coffees produced by us and add value to the end point. 

In 2016 started new partnership with Portugal 2020 program, providing birth Raiz Speciality Coffees, located in Águeda - Portugal. We are now implementing our industrial roast unit, where we roast pack and distribute for any place in world.
